TERMS OF SERVICE

We take delivery commitments seriously. In the event of unexpected equipment issues or service interruptions, we will:

• Act quickly to restore operations; or
• Assist in sourcing alternative panel-forming solutions where possible

If we are unable to complete scheduled services, we will:

• Refund any undelivered portion of work; or
• Contribute to reasonable costs required to complete panel production

Our responsibility is focused on the panel-forming service we provide. On-Site Metal Roll Forming is a material supplier and on-site fabricator. We coordinate with independent contractors and do not perform roofing installation.

We are not responsible for:

• Installation, fastening, or roofing system performance
• Project scheduling dependencies or trade coordination
• Delays caused by weather, site readiness, or material supply

Any reimbursement or support is limited to the value of our services and applicable insurance coverage.

We do not assume responsibility for broader project costs such as delay penalties, lost revenue, or impacts to other trades.

We operate as a specialized equipment provider and aim to deliver consistent, reliable production. If issues arise, we work with our clients to resolve them quickly and fairly within the scope of our service.

On-Site Metal Roll Forming provides standing seam metal roofing panel fabrication services. Our services include:

• On-site roll forming of standing seam metal roofing panels at your job location
• Panels cut to exact lengths as specified by the client
• Available in 12" panel width
• Steel panels with multiple coating finishes (Galvalume, SMP, PVDF Kynar)
• Free basic panel quotes based on client-provided dimensions
• Detailed roof analysis available for a small fee

Our services do not include roofing installation, removal of existing roofing, structural assessment, or any work beyond panel fabrication and supply. Independent contractors perform all installation work.

A deposit may be required to secure scheduling and order materials. Final payment is due upon completion of panel fabrication. Specific payment terms will be outlined in your individual quote or service agreement.

Mobilization fees are based on job site distance from our base of operations and are quoted separately for each project.
